其實呢個煲我自己都恨買左好耐,但係我知道買比自己的話
係絕對冇可能fully utilize到個煲 (因為要煮的話大多都係佢屋企...)
所以買比佢,自己都可以「借」番黎用喇 (撤花)
其實呢個煲的開光禮,係H先生自己煮的Coq au vin (法式紅酒煮雞)
之後到我第一次用,我就決定越級挑戰煲仔飯!
點解係越級? 係因為我從來都只會用電飯煲黎煮飯
之前睇過d外國cooking show要用一個pot就咁煮
一時開蓋一時中火一時細火 (暈) 就咁聽步驟都覺得好複雜

2) 浸米途中 醃定牛肉

3) 然後 將所有唔開心的事發洩出黎...係咁撻d牛肉,打成肉餅狀

4) 經過一輪開火、閂蓋、中火、開蓋、再閂蓋、細火、熄火、閂蓋焗 之後! 白飯出爐!

5) 將撻好的肉餅放係飯面,中間壓一個位留比隻蛋。閂蓋開細火再多一陣。

因為煮左出黎之後我覺得仲有可以改善的地方

刪除都係有D太濕...個水真係要較得好準 orz
