之前收到beautyexchange的edm
知道佢地會同Rachel Yau同埋LC一齊攪Cooking Class
平時Rachel d class都要成$600+一堂架
雖然要比$480, 不過既然平左咁多就搏下睇下抽唔抽到自己先算啦
點知...又真係幾好彩中左!

一直我都以為cooking class係會好似ABC cooking studio嗰d咁係要自己落手落腳的
去到見到得一個爐頭先知道原來只係示範class....
不過唔緊要, 睇完番屋企試下整下應該都冇問題既!

今日學習的第一道菜係「砵酒慢煮牛肋骨」
菜名雖然只係得砵酒, 但係其實亦都要加入紅酒一齊燉煮
咦....咪即係Julia Child嘅名菜Boeuf Bourguignon囉!!!?

煎封好d牛肋骨之後就炒下切好左既蔬菜
見唔見到呀...成檯都係Le Creuset既煲煲! (嗚呀)

放左d牛肋骨入爐之後 Rachel仲整左呢個本身唔喺menu入面既scallop potato
不過如果係我, 我會搵H先生整佢個creamy mash黎襯hehe

燉煮左2個鐘之後, 牛肋骨條骨同肉都已經分離左
d肉好入味又好淋, 一d都唔韌
就連本身邊位嘅脂肪都好似煮到變成融左嘅膠質咁!

準備完主菜就開始整頭盤嘅鵝肝沙律!!

比BE方面既攝影哥哥影左我呢個出去砌沙律既樣...
三個字 = 懶係PRO wahahhaaaaa

上面嗰兩塊唔係鵝肝, 係焦糖青蘋果啊....
因為鵝肝呢家野又真係幾肥膩下, 所以如果有d少少酸甜既野balance番就最好喇。

真係一滴油都唔駛落, 用個易潔鑊乾煎就已經會出好多油架喇。

最後到整甜品....紅酒燴啤梨!
成日以為呢樣野好難, 點知原來好易架咋!

一大煲紅酒加左vanilla, cinnamon同埋檸檬, 滾起左之後加梨煲30分鐘
30分鐘之後熄火由得佢浸多30分鐘就ok喇!

整好左之後拎出黎可以分半之後加雪糕一齊食!!!
(本身嗰日仲有教點樣from scratch整雪糕既...
不過買部雪糕機大拿拿幾千蚊, 我都係去買番tub 哈根大師算喇...orz)
再將少少浸梨既紅酒加糖煮杰d 就係個汁喇~~~~~

呢個class最後仲有抽獎環節, 獎品係18cm round同埋grill pan啊....
可惜抽我唔到 (泣) 好在! 個個人都有呢個storage jar拎番屋企! 正野!
學完就梗係要學以致用啦
所以下一回就係我既實習文! 記得留意喇 : )
