過左新年差唔多成個月先有番少少時間打post...嗚
(唔係呃你, 我draft度有16篇post打左title都未得閒打內文啊)
上年10月時去左清邁,除左天燈詢問度極高之外
之後最多朋友問我既就係呢個cooking class喇。

Cooking class係未去清邁之前喺網上book
其實選擇都有唔少, 有full day既亦有half day; 有d甚至係去郊區嘅農場旁邊煮,
不過睇過好多tripadvisor既review之後, 我地就揀左呢間Thai Orchid~
因為我地揀左full day course, 所以佢地朝早9點半已經黎酒店pick up我地

H先生在準備fried spring roll中...
一去到等齊所有同學仔之後 (大概10個人)
之後就有張menu比你喺6個category 入面揀你想煮既野~
我同H先生因為想試多D野, 所以除左Pad Thai之外都揀左唔同既item
H先生在準備某些醬汁/ 我在烤chicken tenderloin satay :)
煮野食的地方在室外, 不過有遮蓋
所以就算落大雨又或者超級曬都唔緊要, 我地仲好擔心會有蚊不過Host都好貼心咁準備晒防蚊液同噴霧, 超級貼心啊。

室內仲有一個示範既counter, 為免同學們睇唔得清楚
上面仲有一塊好大既鏡, 間直好似睇緊cooking show啲top shot咁呀!

大家夾手夾腳整左3個唔同既curry paste (紅, 黃, 綠)

整冬蔭湯底的必備材料: kaffir lime leaf, 香茅, 南薑, 番茄, 草菇, 蔥頭
同一個湯底, 但一個係加左椰奶的creamy version
另一個就係泰北的清湯version : ) 各有風味呢。

煮左一半之後, host就話帶我地出去當地市場行下
同night bazzar唔同, 呢度地方比較細, 但係都係當地人去既多

好多鬼佬都覺得皮蛋呢樣野好disgusting係咁"ewwwww"
不過...食開皮蛋瘦肉粥同子薑皮蛋既我地...「哦」左一聲就算 哈哈。
