所以就算6點半個感覺都好似係下晝3, 4點咁。
一間出名serve早餐的bistro究竟dinner會有d咩野選擇呢?
本來我以為應該係all day breakfast類既野, egg benedict一定冇走雞嗰種
點知又唔係喎。不過得我同J小姐兩個人都嗌唔到幾多野
結果只係要左兩個"eat small"的Softshell Crab Burger同兩個"on the side"。
Complimentary的bread slices, 不過重點係後面樽野!
手工牛油啊, 究竟D粒粒係oat定係fried onion呢...
係咩都唔緊要啦, 老闆你可唔可以拎呢出樽野出黎賣?

先來一個Baby Cos & Chicken Skin Crumbs (AUD$8)
Cos其實應該同Romaine係差唔多既野, 都係一種企身而爽口的生菜
不過呢次只係用左好少份量既dressing, 用黎掛住d "Chicken Skin Crumbs"
話就話係雞皮, 食落真係一啲都relate唔到....唔通我食緊分子料理啊?
喺Urbanspoon既食評入面,
大多數人都極力推介佢地個Softshell Crab Burger (AUD $16)
仲好似話佢係Best in Melbourne喎...咁勁, 就一於試試你。
作為"Small Eats"黎講, 佢個份量真係唔算細
我同J小姐兩個人, 一人一個都食唔晒!
個軟殼蛋係OK的, 新鮮炸完但係仲係好有肉汁而唔乾身, 唔係炸到硬晒嗰隻
用充滿牛油香既Brioche夾住, 加埋帶有少少spicy的Shiracha Mayo
話係Best in Melbourne真係靠得住!
最後仲有呢個off the menu的daily special wedges, 充滿極邪惡的鴨油香!!!
不過Hammer & Tong走的係Asian Fusion風, 係要咩野都加d莞茜先安落既..
又話說佢menu入面隻字又不提喎。咁我呢個天生同莞茜八字不夾的人...
就唯有逐條遂條咁挑番出黎....orz
